Customer
These Terms apply to any individual or legal entity purchasing products or services via [Company Name] online services (“Customer”).
By placing an order or making a booking, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and any service-specific conditions.
Prices and Availability
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise indicated.
Accommodation services are subject to dynamic pricing. Prices may vary depending on demand and timing and may change without prior notice.
The Merchant reserves the right to modify prices and correct pricing errors at any time prior to confirmation of an order.
All products and services are subject to availability.
Eligibility
Products and services are sold to individuals aged 18 or over and to business customers. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they meet these requirements.
Orders and Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed when the Merchant has issued an order confirmation or payment confirmation by email.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
The Merchant reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.
Booking Terms
These provisions apply to all bookable services, including accommodation, activities, and other time-specific services (the “Service”).
Booking Process
The Customer must review the Service description, applicable instructions, and specific terms prior to booking.
The booking becomes binding upon confirmation sent to the Customer’s email address.
Payment must be made in accordance with the selected payment method and its terms.
If a booking fails due to a technical issue, the Customer must contact the Merchant without undue delay. The Merchant does not guarantee availability in such cases.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to the Merchant. The effective cancellation date is the date the Merchant receives the notice.
Unless otherwise specified:
Cancellation less than 5 days but at least 24 hours before the start: 50% of the booking price will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start: 100% of the booking price will be charged.
Bookings made using discount codes are non-refundable and charged in full regardless of cancellation timing.
Changes
A booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
If a rescheduled booking is cancelled, the full price will be charged in all cases.
Merchant’s Right to Cancel (Force Majeure)
The Merchant reserves the right to cancel a booking due to events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:
The Customer is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid.
The Merchant shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs incurred by the Customer.
Liability and Damages
The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the booked Service or property.
The Customer is also liable for the conduct and actions of all persons included in the booking.
The Merchant shall not be liable for:
disruptions caused by natural conditions (e.g. weather, insects, animals),
or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted without undue delay after the issue arises.
Claims for compensation must be submitted in writing within one (1) month after the end of the Service period.
The Merchant will process complaints within a reasonable time, typically within one (1) month.
If no resolution is reached, the Customer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Physical goods are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in resalable packaging.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
personalized or custom-made products,
accommodation, restaurant services, or leisure services provided on a specific date or period.
Warranty
Products are subject to the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer or importer, where applicable.
Delivery
Delivery costs include postage and packaging and are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers.
The Merchant does not store payment card or banking details.
The Customer agrees to comply with the terms of the selected payment method.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
